Shipping & Returns

Shipping.

Alfred ships from Australia to most countries worldwide. Once we receive your order, we aim to dispatch it from our warehouse within 48 hours, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with the tracking number.

Orders of multiple items may be split and shipped in more than one package, in which case you’ll receive corresponding tracking numbers. We are not able to combine shipping for two separate orders.

SHIPPING COSTS

Australian and international orders will be shipped via our selected couriers. Shipping costs are calculated by weight, volume and location.

SHIPPING TIMES

For Australian orders, please allow between 2 – 10 working days for delivery upon receipt of dispatch.
For international orders, please allow 10 – 15 working days for delivery upon receipt of dispatch.

ORDER STATUS

Check the link in the confirmation e-mail sent upon dispatch for its current location. If you haven’t received your item, check the delivery address is correct and/or check your letterbox for a missed delivery card. For further assistance, please contact us at hello@alfredco.com
 

Returns Policy.

We allow returns of any non-sale items purchased directly from our website that are in original condition with tags and packaging within 7 days of the delivery date. Return shipping is at your own expense. 

Items purchased during a promotion or warehouse sale are a final sale. No exchanges or returns of sale items are accepted at any time.
